I have a Viper 5706V2W with smart start/shock/proximity/tilt/audio/voice modules on my 06 Acura TSX. It was professionally installed. The voice module installed is the 516 Universal. I want to upgrade to the 516L. Will it be as simple as switching out the main voice module, using the 516U's speaker and wiring harness and routing the mic wiring to somewhere convenient? Will all the functions still be available as wired?
I read that the 516L does a lot of chatting with remote starting and when I take control of the car etc vs the 516L. I am mostly interested in the lock, unlock, warn away, and alarm statements. Is there a way to choose which (if any) responses are used?
Thanks!

*Edit: "...when I take control of the car etc vs the 516U."

Still looking for an answer! This packaged arrived at the local post office, so I'll be getting it tomorrow.
Might need to upgrade the mic?
