I'm about to build a box for a Rockford P3D4-15 and I was noticing that Rockford recommends 1.50-3.00 cubic feet of airspace. Should I make it more close to 1.50 or 3.00 or somewhere in the middle. I was just wondering if any of you have any recommendations on which way I should go?

The fosgate manual recommends 2.66 cu. ft. for ported enclosures. Ported enclosures will yield a louder output.

Yeah I saw that but I was going for a sealed enclosure. I saw in the manual that it stated around 1.58 cubic feet (optimal) for a sealed enclosure but I was wondering what would be the benefit of making the box with more airspace.
