custom Kitt car lighting

Hello guys! I was referred by a guy to go on here to help figure out how to start my lighting project. The car this will mod will be going on is an 1988 Celica GTS Hatch. The celica logo on the front grill is what I want to have lit up and or if possible move back in forth in light blue or dark blue lighting. The 2nd picture shows how much clearance I would have to do this. It really sunny so I tried to work with it. I was hoping to have it wired to a separate button. My experience I have little electrical experience I can snip wires and crimp them together is pretty much all I can do. Thanks for looking and helping! Let me know what other info ya'll need!
