Hi I started to have an issue with the Excalibur 1850, everything works, except that it wont lock or unlock the doors, when alarms lock or unlock buttons are pushed you the alarm unit makes a clicking sound? what could be the issue. this alarm is installed on a 2002 explorer. any help would be appreciated. thank you...

Hello everybody, after inspecting every wire connection, found out that the lock and unlock wires were corroded to the point where they were shorting out. some how water got into the wire way, right under the driver kick panel where the connections were made... got everything dried, replaced wires and walla problem solved..
