I have had this alarm in my 2001 Silverado for 3 or 4 years now. Last week, the remote start and pit stop both, the accessories turn off until the key is inserted and turn on. It is over 100 degrees here and this is no bueno LOL.
Remedial suggestions welcome.

You won't get any easy answers here, YOU have to test all the fuses, wiring etc.

Here is a link to the C3-RS1100 install guide :  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/file.asp?ID=914

You will need to check several things to find out what is going wrong.  A casual glance at your problem suggests that your trucks

accessory wire(s) are not getting power during the R/S run time.  You can check this with a Digital Multi Meter.

First, as Howard mentioned, check the two fuses on the two Red wires on the 6 Pin Plug.  That is the most probable cause of your

issue.  If the fuses are good and there is +12V on the Red wires at the 6 Pin Plug continue on to the next step.

Verify that the thick Brown wire on the 6 Pin plug has a +12V output during R/S run time.   If this is OK, verify the Brown wires

connection to the trucks Orange ACC wire.

On your truck, these are the typical connections :

C3-RS1100   Signal 2001 Silverado
Red   +12V        Red
Red   +12V        RED / White
Violet           Starter     Yellow
Yellow          IGN1       Pink
Pink   IGN2       White
Brown          ACC1     Orange

There is also a Brown ACC2 wire in the trucks ignition harness.  Make sure that the installer did not connect the C3-RS1100 Brown

accessory output to both the Orange and Brown wires in the trucks ignition harness.  This is a no-no and could cause problems with
the truck and damage the R/S unit.  If the trucks Brown ACC2 wire was powered properly, an external 30/40 Amp relay was used and
controlled by the C3-RS1100's Blue/Black ACC2 Control Output wire.

Soldering is fun!

Thanks guys for your replies. They were most helpful. It only took me three months to get around to pulling it apart and looking at it. Apparently the AutoPage authorized dealer/installer hooked up the pink and brown wires backwards. After I switched them, it went to working properly again. Thank you both so much for your help!
