I'm looking for suggestions on for a 2-way alarm. I'm inclined into getting a 5706v with dball2. After doing research the dball2 doesn't have the 2015 tacoma as a compatible application. Anyone has experience with this setup?
Also, would like to hear your thoughts on what other alarms are out there similar or better than the 5706 in that price range.

I used to love Clifford alarms long ago (G5 technology), but recently installed the 5706V in my Infiniti.
Programming the 5706V is best done with the Bit Writer, which is pretty affordable. Wiring the 5706V is a bit tricky, as Viper doesn't provide solid wiring information (as they did with older products long ago).
I don't have any experience with factory chip-in-key bypass modules. Sorry, can't help you there.

Thanks for the comment. I will look into Bit Writer

You can get Viper/DEI stuff off of Amazon very cheap, including the Bit Writer.
To learn how to do the wiring, this is the best forum to do so (maybe you can consult with Toyota Tacoma forums as well) as I mentioned before that Viper/DEI does not provide detailed information on how to install (to keep their installers happy).
It may also help if you can find the Factory Service Manual for your Tacoma. This will aide in installation.
