2006 Porsche 911 - Bose - HUR997 - NTVKIT210

Just installed a AVIC-X8100NEX in a 2006 Porsche 911 with Bose factory. I tested all radio functions and tested all speakers prior to removing Bose factory Unit.

Made all connections and double checked, but the Rear Speakers are not working.

Tried switching the rca cables to the fronts and no go. Any ideas?

Maybe i need to contact NAVTV on monday.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
