Wiring a set of hornblasters air horns to a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500. Could someone please tell me which wire in the steering column loom is the horn wire?

In the steering column harness it will be a negative wire that will drive a relay. If you need a "Hot" wire you will have to catch that under the hood between the horn relay and the horn itself.
Give me a minute and I will tell you what color the horn wire is in the column harness.

Awesome! I sure appreciate it. sOunds like I will need to pull from the horn itself though. Need a positive to run the air solenoid.

No you don't too much current required, you can either pick up that wire where Mr. I states or it's probably feeding the OEM horn relay under the hood feed another relay from that wire, separately fused.
Never seen a set of air horns that didn't come with a relay.
Or use the factory relay output pick up at OEM horns or relay and increase your OEM horn fuse rating.
First idea safer and failsafe.
