Wrapping up the install of a SmartStart on my '13 F250. The SmartStart is tied into a 5X10 module using the included harness, and I have the grey wire grounded. However, I'm not able to get a green LED. Also, I went through the process of activating so I could test the app for GPS tracking. Now the directechs.com site won't let me back into the activation to further test the functions. Is there a way to get back to the test web site after activation?

Once the system is activated you can no longer get into the system only DEI can.

Doesn't Green mean that it is communicating with the brain of the RS? If so, it is not seeing the brain. I would try unhooking the ground to the grey wire then power cycling the smart start.
