I am not following what you are telling me.
The "input" from the vehicle, I am currently using is (+) Green.
If I understand the DirectWire wiring reference correctly, then the "Output", on the White wire is also POS since it is based on the input. There is only one "Output" wire so my assumption is that its' polarity is based on the polarity of the input.
Am I incorrect in my understanding.

I don't know how to change the "Output" polarity on the Viper side. If that is possible

The part that says "parking light jumpers" and test whether it's POS or NEG on the white wire BEFORE connecting.

There should be a small black jumper on the side of the module next to the red d2d port. You can select either + or - parking light output using the jumper
