Hi,

I installed a Avital 4103 LX (Same as Viper 4105VX) and I wish I got the 4113LX (same as (4115VX)

It appears to be the 4113 and 4103 are the same brain same antenna just different remotes.

The extra functions dont behave as I would of thought and I want to downgrade to the one button start unlock from the 4 buttons.

Now I know if I buy a new one it uses the same harness and would be a two second swap but being a week old thats a waste of money. I am thinking the only diff is the remotes.

Anyone know if I can just buy the one button remotes sync them to my 4103?

This would make life easy.

You can. Transmitter programming is in your 4103 install manual (very simple). Just buy a few transmitters: http://www./itm/AVTIAL-ONE-BUTTON-REMOTE-/320933931192?hash=item4ab92728b8:m:mpmOB7U2jtq12s97lKkZHww

Program them up then sell your transmitters on ebay for a profit.

Ok so essentially a 4103LX and 4113LX are the same unit just different remotes?

Ok so the remote I want to change to is the Avital 7111l, Locally I found the Viper 7111V which I think is the exact same remote different branding. Can I use this?
