Led light bar wiring

Need some advice on how I can wire up 2 20 inch led light bars I'll be purchasing for my 2014 Honda Civic si sedan. I'll be running 1 up front and 1 under car in rear for extra reverse light. I want to run 2 3 way rocker switches for both, on/off/on, for front bar I want to be able to come on with high beams on one switch position, then have off completely in middle switch so it won't come on at all, then have in other position independent on whenever I select it? Then reverse light will be same concept, except one position to come on with reverse lights, then off, then independent on. What's the best way to do this, the harnesses come with relays but not sure if I would need 1 or 2 per bar.
