Remember that the DB-ALL2 wiring diagram is rather generic and not specifically for your Viper 5204.  Your Viper has a Flex relay that can be programmed as ACC2.  Not all R/S units have built in Starter Kill & Anti-Grind ( Green & Violet wires ). So yes, cu the vehicles Starter wire and make those connections.

The thin H2/22 Orange wire is a (-) output and not what the vehicles ACC2 wires needs.  Use the Flex relay output mentioned above.

Soldering is fun!

4) Parking lights - Is it H1/4 or H1/5 of Main viper Harness? where can that be connected to in the car?

Use the H1/5 White Parking Light Output wire.  Set the internal jumper / fuse to (-).  Connect it to this vehicle wire :

Parking Lights (-)     RED / black (-)      @ headlight switch in column cover
H1/4 is not used for your application.

Soldering is fun!

Kreg,
Would you please clarify one quick doubt? I understand that 5204 features "Failsafe Starter Kill" and I believe that is what causing me to cut the starter wire to connect Green and Violet wires.
If I do not need that functionality, Can I save starter wire by not cutting and just tapping it from instead? If yes, which of these two wires(Green,Violet) or both would need to be connected to starter wire?
Although the viper 5204 is an alarm with remote starter, I'm just planning to use it as the remote starter since I already have an OEM security system.
Kindly advice.

Yes, don't cut the vehicles Starter wire and only connect the Vipers Violet wire.
Soldering is fun!

Ok, I have wired everything and programmed. Now everything works except the remote start.
When I press and hold the remote start button, it gives me a buzzer sound and after a delay of approx 5 to 6 seconds, the parking light flashes 8 times. Upon referring the viper manual i see the below.
"8 flashes - Neutral safety wire has no ground or the neutral safety switch is Off."
But I'm 100% sure that the Neutral switch is at ON position. \
I also checked using a multimeter to verify the switch is functioning as expected.
Prior to reaching this state, it was flashing 7 times. So I thought I would need to change the transmission mode to Automatic assuming that by default it is Manual. Tried that to set "Automatic. Not sure if something went wrong in setting.
Also tried the hood pin functionality by connecting and disconnecting the two wires of hood pin connector. But no luck
The below functionalities works fine.
1 Lock/Unlock.
2 Sliding doors operation
3 Siren
Would you please help? What could be the issue?

BLACK/ white needs to be grounded.
Test to see if the DBALL is actually doing brake shutdown and hood status through data, if not you will have to hook those up as well.

Yes, That was the problem. I connected the H2/2 to the ground and now it works fine. Yet to do a complete functional test though.
Once again, a million thanks to Kreg. Without his support, I would not have achieved this.
