special project, joystick shift knob, lights - Last Post -- posted image.
I have a 2005 saab 9-2x and I am making a shift knob from an old computer joystick like the one pictured above. I was just wondering if it would be even theoretically possible to wire the trigger of the joystick to the high beams of my car so i could pull the trigger to turn the brights on just for fun. maybe it would even be possible to wire in some sort of strobe or wig wag so that it would flash very rapidly. if this is not possible at all feel free to tell me I'm crazy so i can get this idea out of my head so i can get back to my life haha.
I have fairly significant experience on the mechanical and engine side of car repair and modification and what have you but very limited experience in anything electrical so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
