A) Oh, I got you now :) it's easy for you, because you have the steering wheel on the right. The both glove boxes (upper and lower) come out in seconds, but we have it here on the right. On the left, by the BCM you have the panel under the steering wheel, airbag for the knees and the pedal's cover to remove just to see it.
B) I am talking about the power to the ignition switch, not about the ignition signal wire. Those Mercedes ignition switches, you're talking about, if you disconnect the power to them, the vehicle immediately shuts down. I have tried it before.

It's irrelevant, we're doing this to a vehicle that's static.
