Hi ,
Ive installed 3157 led bulbs on my 2010 ford f150 in my front headlights flasher socket. Everything is fine until engine running.
When engine is running voltage is going up to 14.8vdc and some smd amber chips are starting to flicker due to the higher voltage, its hard for me to know how much foward current the bulb is consuming on amber chips only, so i would like to know if adding an resistor inline with the the parking circuit could fix my problem. Does someone knows what resistor value should be a good guess for thoses bulbs thinking that half of mounted chips are amber and the other half is white.
Thanks     a picture of the bulbs as been pinned to the post 3157 switchback led bulbs problem - Last Post -- posted image.

Some rows of LEDs had been mounted upside down if the picture posted is the actual bulb you have. It won't work.
