Want to know if its posibile to port my truck sub box..loved the bass i had in my car and lost it when i stepped up to my truck..
box has .93 cub feet.. net and gross.. each chamber.. its blocked off in the middle..and has a 3/4 spacer to fit a 12" alpine 1242d in each side..
wondering if porting it will work.. plan is to put a round port on each chamber in the narrow area..
port calcs are saying 1.5 port at 3.6in long at 33hz (not sure about hz either i listend to rap, country, rock)

Not gonna pan out for you my friend. Once you take into account driver and port displacement the box will be way to small to preform ported.

Not gonna work ported box's are bigger to accommodate for the port displacement your best bet is to either build a new box or have one built
