I have a wiring diagram with multiple fuses, and in general I am 12v savvy but need a confirmation on something. How can I get the wiring diagram to the forum massive for approval?
regards
Dave

OK, I guess due to my limited posts I cannot upload an image? No problem, as I pretty up on my vehicle electrics I don't often get to the forum, so 'X' amount of posts may take awhile.
Shame,I will try elsewhere, would have preferred an answer from here as the skill base seems to be high, but thanks anyway.

Dave, everyone has permission to upload images. It's the third button from the right with the up pointing arrow in the post new message toolbar.

Hi and thanks for the reply. When I looked at my post to ensure it had gone up OK I saw this below it.
"Note: Members with less than 50 posts can not edit or delete their posts. Copper members may edit their posts if it is the last in the thread, and upload images. Silver and Gold members may upload file attachments to posts as well as delete their posts. Platinum members may create polls (more info)."
So I followed the 'more info' link and found this posted by an administrator.
" Membership levels, other than moderator and administrator, are based on number of posts. At 50 you become a Standard member, Silver at 250, Gold at 1000, and Platinum at 2500. Standard members may edit their posts if it is the last in the thread, and upload images. Silver and Gold members may upload file attachments to posts as well as delete their posts. Platinum members may create polls.
So as you can see the confusion, the first paragraph (under my post)leads me to believe that members with less than 50 posts can do nothing but, a 'copper member' (50 posts or more?) can upload images.
Then the administrator post has no mention of a 'copper member'?
Thanks I will post up the image anyway, as it might approve the mod.
Thanks again,
regards
Dave

Yes, I should have updated that sooner, but it's fixed now, however if the buttons are present, the functions are available.
BTW, thank you for reading all of that! Some members completely ignore it.

No problem Admin.
I would like opinions on the following diagram. It is about the alternator connections in my 4x4, in an attempt to have just three cables going to the aux battery positive that is battery to VSR, battery to fuse boxes, battery to winch (later). This will keep the battery area nice and tidy.
My first thought was to have the alternator un-fused direct to the battery, this is not as bad as it first sounds assuming the cable is well protected, and years back there was never any fused protection anyway however, this is about making the car wiring tidier and bringing it up to today's standards. The OE alt was fused and removing that would in effect be a backward step against what I am trying to achieve.
So to the diagram...................and now find as it was saved as PNG (paint) it is not allowed?
So an alternative thought, the link below is where the diagram is posted. It is post #8, and shows my fuse boxes and the three options for the alternator B+ lead. Just choose a colour and give me your thoughts.

Many thanks
