8 speakers In a party bus

So I'm working on a new party bus and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the sound "field" or "channel" setup for best sound. I'm a little puzzled by what would be the best setup. I can use 1 or 2 amps to power 8 speakers. Both amps are 2 ohm stable and im not concerned about the wiring information. Just curious if anyone has experimented with different FL FR RL RR Channel setups with more than one amp. I've attached a few drawings with what I'm working with and was curious if alternating the FL FR channels would be cause for bad sound. Just make sure all left speakers receive left channel info, and all right speakers receive right channel info. Stereo Separation is a beautiful thing. It should never be sacrificed.
