I'm thinking of installing this unit in my avalanche with a interior siren, glass break and tilt sensor. Which bypass module would be best to use for d2d connections and help simplify installation?

Honestly there is a few you can use. The dball2 is made by directed and the FLCAN and ALCA are two other modules you can use d2d on directed product. I have used all 3 and never had an issue. If you want to make it easier directed makes a t harness to use with the dball2 to make the install even easier.

Great thanks! I prefer to do the install myself instead of paying 700.00

If I was to buy all the products from Crutchfield that you are looking for it would be $680 range.
That is a 5305, siren (guessed at $30) tilt, glass and dball. Then installing the equipment by a professional that knows the electronics for that vehicle, seems like a hell of a deal at $700.

I purchased my Clifford 50.5x,bypass, battery backup, tilt sensor, glass break and interior sirens from sonic. Went over wiring diagram on here for my 2007 Mercury Milan. Got install help from folks on here and did it all myself. Eight years later and haven't had one problem out of my Clifford. So i figure if i could manage all that, I can give my Avalanche a try.
