I want to install Viper 5704v Remote start alarm in my 2003 Ford Taurus that has a factory entry/panic/trunk & door unlock key fob already.
Do I have to by-pass the factory system?
Is there any diagrams here to get started?

Are you sure you have a factory alarm? Or just a panic button from the FOB?
to test for a factory alarm, rolldown the drivers window, close all the doors, lock the car with the fob. Wait a couple of minuets, reach inside the open window and open the door from the inside. If the horn sounds and lights flash you have a factory alarm.
When all else fails, Read the Instructions

You're in luck! Here is a link to a Pictorial on your car :

You won't be bypassing any factory system, like the factory alarm ( if present ). You will need to "bypass" the cars
PATS3 transponder ignition immobilizer system during a remote start up. However that bypass does not interfere with or
disable the system at any other time. More info about this can be found in the pictorial.
Soldering is fun!
