is this connector easy to remove

I have a drivers side door speaker 05 explorer sport trac and this is where I traced the problem too.

I open door speaker works close door speaker stops working. if I play with the rubber boot from connector assembly to door jamb speaker go in and out . so I am looking for a broken wire . these boots are known to cause problems with broken wires for the power windows.

Thanks I pulled boot found lt blue/white wire cut in half. had to slit boot and I stripped and soldered wire.
