The red and black power the siren and charge the battery. The orange wire is acting like the brown siren wire on a unit that has it. It's labeled as a TX wire, but will still have polarity when transmitting.
Test the orange wire for positive or negative polarity.
If it tests positive then connect it to the brown on the 516u and disconnect the green from the 516u and it should work as you want it too.

Ok so I managed to get a few hours to have a proper look today,no luck with the orange wire at the siren so I used a relay to reverse the polarity wired as above with the brown wire - from the alarm and brown from 516u,changed the siren settings to constant and still not working,then I noticed another setting in the manual by pure luck that I changed from horn full alarm to siren pulse 50ms and all works as it should,thanks very much for your time and help

How to wire a 516u to a 460xv alarm with the 515ESP siren.
