Hey folks, I have been on this site (and all over the internet) for days trying to find what I'm looking for, and I either am just not seeing it, or it really isn't here. If it is here, my apologies. Please send me in the right direction. I did see a picture of an install of the Viper 4105V, but it had a different bypass module, and I'm lost.
I have an 02 Chevy Trailblazer (newer body style) that I'm trying to install the Viper 4105V along with the Fortin INT-SL-PL in. Does anyone know where I can find the wire to wire instructions? For example, I saw one post where it said I needed to access two of the wires on my OBD port, but no explanation of why, or what wires of what component to hook them to. (bypass module, or remote start) The wiring diagrams I found for both doesn't mention the OBD port either.
To be clear, I need the full diagram, not just the OBD wires. I'm not getting fancy with windows or anything. I just want the car to remote start and that's it. I didn't want to have to ask you guys for help, but I've exhausted every avenue I could find before posting this. (5 days in so far!)
Any help would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Fortin lists a can-sl-pl and an int-sl on their site. No int-sl-pl. Are you sure this is what you have?

Yes sir. I copied it straight from the box. It's a white sticker that says "INT-SL-PL". The sku is 7 70350 00228 2" if that helps.
Thanks for your help!

beegbie,
I just downloaded that pdf, and it is not the same as I have. The box mine came in says "INT-SL-PL", but the installation guide it came with says "INT-SL+". It has a "vehicle fit guide" that says what features you can hook to it, and what cars it will work on. I purchased it on Amazon with my remote start.
I am not good with this site yet, as far as how to upload pics or anything. I see other people have done it, but I can't see how they do it. If you want to drop your email address to me, I'd be happy to send you a pic of it.
As far as the wiring goes, I'm getting ready to dig into it now. I'll post something when I get done and let you guys know how it turned out.
Thanks a million for the help you guys have given so far!! I very much appreciate you guys!!

The Model of Fortin you have is aINT-SL(Self Learning)-PL(PassLock)
And the firmware has been upgraded to the INT-SP+ which uses the same hardware loaded with different firmware. That combines the Transponder and passlock all into one firmware for more Brands of vehicles.
Fortin INT-SL-PL Guide REV. J (Most current from fortin)
If any Functions listed in this current Guide are not listed in the Original that came with yours. You would need to update the firmware to enable them.

lurch228,
Yes, that is what I have! If you wouldn't mind clarifying a couple of things for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm installing the units now.
1) For the "Power Unlock" and "Power Unlock" from the diagrams you gave, it says "use Directed interface module or see Tech Doc 1053". Does this mean to use a relay? I looked online, and even found an old post on this site, but when I clicked the links, it said the page couldn't be found.
2) What wires from the Fortin bypass am I using, and where do they go? I'm presuming I am doing the "Data Link" option on the instruction sheet?
Once again, I appreciate all the help!
