You have to follow the Remote Starting sequence every time you leave the vehicle to start it the next time for a Manual Trans.
That's why they have to identical models 1 for Auto and 1 for Manual.

Have you gone thru all the settings and selected RPM Learn/Tach Monitor to "Diesel" First before learning TACH?
Then Programmed the TACH.
RPM Learn/Tach Monitor. start the engine, enter Branch 21, the LED light will flash continuasly to
indicate it is reading the tach signal. Press Button 1 to learn the vehicle’s tach signal. The siren will
chirp and the LED will flash once to confirm learning of the tach signal. The siren will chirp four
times and the LED will flash four times if the tach signal was not learned.
If tach is not learned then it won't work.
If all the above are correct and remote still says off after doing the Ready mode prior to getting out of the vehicle, then you either did the sequence wrong or there is a wire missing or wired wrong.

This is required to bypass the turbo timer to enable R/S before getting out of vehicle.
Turbo Timer cancel input for Manual transmission systems in Turbo Timer mode.
(this feature allows the the turbo timer feature to be temporarilly canceled for remote start applications on manual
transmission vehicles) A seperate push button switch wired to GROUND is needed.
With turbo timer enable you need to follow the sequence below!
To temporarily bypass the turbo timer in order to perform the remote start procedure for manual transmissions:
With the engine running, apply the parking brake then push the remote start button on transmitter, lights will flash
twice. Turn off the ignition, the engine will stay running. Now push and release the button on the push switch, the
siren will chirp once. The Turbo Timer feature is now canceled. Open and close the door, engine will shut down.
Vehicle is now ready for remote start.

Verify that proper door trigger is hooked up and works properly! (should set of alarm when door is opened while alarm is armed)
1. Tach set to diesel
2. Tach learned
3. Ready mode set (following the turbo timer bypass above.)
4. 1.Attempt to R/S, 2.Ign. should come on, if clutch is bypassed properly the engine will crank after 15 sec time out if no wait to start wire is hooked up.

think we are getting somewhere... i misunderstood tacho part, simply programmed it to option 3 which is diesel. Tried to do ,,learn tacho,, option without a luck:/ Gives 4 beeps, that means alarm doesn`t see it. The wire i used is white with pink stripe, that is located behind cluster. i found it on some forum, but think it`s not the one... i need to find out correct somehow, don`t have any wiring diagram or anything so deep forest here:/

With DMM Probe to chassis ground test on low voltage setting Either AC or DC depending on you meter. Voltage Reading will change with RPM.
