Hello everyone,
I would like to install this alarm/keyless to a 2010 Ram 1500 Automatic.
I have installed many alarms before with imported cars.
I wonder if with this car, do I need to buy anything extra ?
See, I don't have this in my toolbox:
ADS-RNG-GM3 iDatalink OEM Integration Can Bus Module
Here is the parts I have:

Resistors for hardwire of door lock control 1/4 watt 330ohm, 100ohm and for (-)parking lights 1000ohm. Otherwise if you have the factory alarm use a DLPK convenience bypass interface module to do the door lock control and alarm control. As OEM alarm requires either OEM FOB or Transponder key in cylinder with ignition to dis-arm.
The DLPK does:
Core Functions
•Door Entry Monitoring
•Door Lock / Unlock Control
•Factory Security Control
•Hood / Trunk Pin Entry Monitoring
•Tach / RPM Output
Detailed Function List
W2W
DL-Arm Factory Security
DL-Disarm Factory Security
DL-Door Lock Control
DL-Door Unlock
DL-Driver Priority Unlock
RS-RAP Shut Down (Retained ACC Power)
RS-Tach / RPM Output
SS-Entry Monitoring ALL Door Pins
SS-Entry Monitoring Hood Pin
D2D

DL-Door Unlock
DL-Driver Priority Unlock
RS-RAP Shut Down (Retained ACC Power)
RS-Tach / RPM Output

Thank you. I have 2 related questions
1) Is there a wire to cut to completely forget about the Factory alarm ? Owner didn't tell me if car has Fact alarm.
Result: My Alarm/Keyless replaces the Fact alarm.
2) Can I use this ?
http://www./itm/Directed-29402-Dem-Universal-Alarm-Bypass-Module-Very-Good-/400996097451?hash=item5d5d3addab:g:6AEAAOSwHxVW7A3x&vxp=mtr
3) In case the car has no Fact Alarm (likely), are these 3 resistors really necessary ?
"Resistors for hardwire of door lock control 1/4 watt 330ohm, 100ohm and for (-)parking lights 1000ohm"
I have installed a few Third Party Alarm/Keyless and never did I need to order resistors. That the job of the alarm controller.

1)No as the Programming wont allow it to be disabled without the TIPM being reflashed.
2)No it is on compatiable with a 2006 RAM.
Manual for 20402 & 29402: http://www.readyremote.com/pdf/manuals/20402.pdf
3)MUX is part of vehicle and exists with or with out factory alarm.
Only if you use a bypass will you not need the resistors with or with out a factory alarm.
