Hello, I am about to start installing remote start/keyless entry on 2015 Scion xB. I need a wiring diagram and some pointers if any for this car. Installing Prestige Aps57e with Flcan bypass.
Thank you.

Assuming the xB is an Automatic Trans vehicle. Guessing that you will go D2D between the APS57E and FLCAN.
Make sure the FLCAN is flashed with the DBI-AL(DL)-TL5 firmware. Ensure you set the FLCAN Installation Mode to Data
( one Blink ) and lock it in prior to FLCAN to vehicle programming. Make sure you use a Black key when programming.
The Gray valet key won't work.
The FLCAN won't control the Trunk Release so hard wire that from the APS57E. Here is the info :
Trunk Release TAN (-) DRIVER'S SIDE KICK PANEL WHITE 13 PIN CONN, PIN 3
The FLCAN makes it real easy for you but the xB has more ignition wires than the APS57E can support directly, so you
will need an extra 30/40 Amp SPDT relay with harness and an in-line fuse holder with 20 amp fuse. You will connect
the APS57E's thick ignition output wires to the xB's like so :
APS57E    xB
Blue  IGN1 Gray   Pin 6
RED / White        +12V White Pin 7
Green IGN2 White Pin 4
Purple ACC Black Pin 3
Red+12V White Pin 7
Yellow Starter1 White Pin 8
This leaves Starter2. This will require some APS57E programming and the extra relay. Relay wiring :
Relay Pin 85 to APS57E BLACK / YELLOW **
Relay Pin 86 to APS57E thick Yellow
Relay Pin 86 and 87 to +12V constant ( White Pin 7 ) through fuse
Relay Pin 30 to xB White Pin 1
Program APS57E Bank 3 Feature 20 to Option 2 - Ground When Running
** You could use LT. Blue (Ground Out While Running) instead. No programming needed.
As you can see, White is a popular color in the main ignition switch harness, so careful testing is required.
For the Parking Lights go with the (-) Parking Light wire and set the APS57E to (-) Parking Light output.
WHITE/ Red (Parking Light Relay Input) to Chassis Ground
White (Parking Light Relay Output) to xB PARKING LIGHTS ( - ) WHITE (-) @ HEADLIGHT Switch, (WHITE, 20PIN PLUG), PIN 18
Other APS57E programming :
Bank 3, Feature 5, Option 3 - DBI Tach
Plus do the Tach Learn after FLCAN programming to vehicle (with warm engine).
If you prefer a 15 minute R/S run time change :
Bank 3, Feature 3 to Option 3
Soldering is fun!
