2016 VW GTI - Avital 4115L w/ Dball2 Issue

when I hooked the remote start up I originally only had one key, so I hooked everything up except the key wrap and it worked the first day. the second day it started having the issue before I got to do the key wrap, so the issue started before I was even able to complete the key wrap due to the lack of having the second key. I figured the issue was happening because I didn't complete the key wrap yet but completing the key wrap kept the same problem, just now I could use the remote start without having to have the good key in the car.

there is not much to the install, and honestly if the car doesn't "attempt" to crank, it's 99.9% the key wrap/immobilizer (in my experience).. only other option I can suggest is swap out the DBALL, and try an Idatalink module

it does attempt to start, I should post a video of it, the starter cranks for a half second and then cuts out, but it's not a virtual tach issue as I've tried to use voltage detect and just setting a crank time but no matter what it still cranks for half a second and then cuts out.
