Think you might have something mixed-up. The 4806V is not an alarm system. The Brown wire on the 6 Pin main harness is for the
(-) Horn Output. Better double check to see which Viper unit you have. Here are some corrections for a 4806V system.
Some issues with the thick ignition wires...
VIPER 4806V - 8 Pin White Remote Start Heavy Gauge Connector
Pin01 - RED / Black - (+) FUSED 12V ACCESSORY/STARTER INPUT     White @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Pin02 - Pink/Black - (+) FLEX RELAY INPUT FLEX RELAY          NOT USED - PINOUT WIRE
Pin03 - Pink/White - (+) IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY OUTPUT       WHITE/ Red @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Pin04 - Red - (+) FUSED 12V IGNITION 1 INPUT   White @ Ignition Harness
Pin05 - Violet - (+) STARTER OUTPUT            BLACK/ White @ Ignition Harness
Pin06 - Orange - (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT          BLACK/ Red @Ignition Harness
Pin07 - RED / White - (+) FUSED 12V IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY     White @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Pin08 - Pink - (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT     BLACK / YELLOW @ Ignition Harness
The 4807 does not include a prewired starter kill function. You can add an external relay and get this if needed.
Pin13 - BLACK/ White - (-) NEUTRAL SAFETY /PARKING BRAKE/E-BRAKE INPUT     NOT USED - PINOUT WIRE (Used for Manual Transmission)
If you have a manual transmission, this wire must be connected to the Parking Brake wire. If you have Auto Trans, you should
connect this wire to Chassis Ground. This input wire must see a (-) signal to allow a R/S.
Soldering is fun!

Wow. Very good catch! Just looked at the instructions I downloaded and they were for the 5906, 5706, 5806 and 5606! I'll have to find the rights instruction sheet....I can't seem to find a PDF online.

Got the right manual and corrected my install sheet. Just to be clear, the starter wire doesn't need to be severed for this install. Also, I've read that a Keyless Entry Data wire might be found in the Factory Alarm harness. Can anyone confirm is this is the case and what color the wire might be.
Here is my new connection sheet. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

From above: Can I delete the Pin10 - Blue* - (+) or (-) FACTORY HORN INPUT (Use Jumper to set polarity). Look like only applicable if factory alarm in vehicle.

Still have the wrong 6 Pin Main connector. Only difference is noted below :
H/3 BROWN (-) 200mA HORN HONK OUTPUT
This wire goes to the vehicles' Orange (-) horn wire.
Perhaps a typo. ACC2 is WHITE/ Red
VIPER 4806V - 8 Pin White Remote Start Heavy Gauge Connector
Pin01 - RED / Black - (+) FUSED 12V ACCESSORY/STARTER INPUT     White @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Pin02 - Pink/Black - (+) FLEX RELAY INPUT FLEX RELAY          NOT USED - PINOUT WIRE
Pin03 - Pink/White - (+) IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY OUTPUT       WHITE/ Red @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS   *set Flex to ACC2
Pin04 - Red - (+) FUSED 12V IGNITION 1 INPUT   White @ Ignition Harness
Pin05 - Violet - (+) STARTER OUTPUT            BLACK/ White @ Ignition Harness
Pin06 - Orange - (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT          BLACK/ Red @Ignition Harness
Pin07 - RED / White - (+) FUSED 12V IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY     White @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Pin08 - Pink - (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT     BLACK / YELLOW @ Ignition Harness
If you want Starter Kill and Anti-Grind, get a 30/40 Amp SPDT relay with 5 Pin harness and wire as follows :
Relay Pin 85 to Viper H/6 ORANGE 500 mA GROUND WHEN ARMED OUTPUT
Relay Pin 86 to Viper thick Pink IGN1
Relay Pin 30 to vehicle side of cut BLACK/ White Starter wire + Pin 5 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT
Relay Pin 87a to ignition switch side of cut BLACK/ White Starter wire
Soldering is fun!

I've made the above corrections to my install spread sheet. I am assuming "*set Flex to ACC2" is something I have to program in the viper unit post install?

Yes. The Viper Pink/White Flex Relay output default is IGN2. See Menu 3, Feature 8. Set to Option 2 for that Pink/White wire to act as an Accessory type wire.
There are other items that should be changed in the Vipers programming. Foremost is the Transmission Mode, also in Menu 3.
