Hi all,
I'm getting close to adding a smart start system to my car and I recently learned that the DSM200 and the VSM200 use the 2G cell network. I thought that AT&T killed the 2G network this year. Does that mean that the 2G remote start modules will no longer be functional?
Thanks!

They MIGHT if you have T-Mobile service in your area. I had a VSM200 and when At&t dropped the 2G so went my Smart Start as I have no T-Mobile in my area.
And I had just bought it 6 months ago. I would opt for the DSM/VSM 300.
Anybody want a VSM 200? Slightly used. PM me your address
