avital 4103lx dball2 d2d 07 trailblazer keyfob i

I helped a coworker install an avital 4103lx with a dball2 flashed with 402.gm1 very 4.00 Everything seems great when I am looking at it but he says that in the morning neither the avital remote or the factory remote won't unlock vehicle and he has to use key to unlock. Once I get ahold of it once I use the factory remote the avital remote works fine. The remote start doesn't seem to have any issues. The lights on the dball seem correct. I have no clue was wondering if anybody had any ideas.
