Hello
Can someone explain what exactly this mean?
NOT REQUIRED IN DATA MODE (2-WAY) - also mean 2-way remote start?
and
NOT REQUIRED IN DATA MODE (1-WAY) - also mean 1 way remote start?
So if I install 2-way remote start in a car, I will not have to use wires that label in both "not require in data mode 1-way and 2-way?
Thanks
dcd

"2-way" and "1-way" in this context means the communication between the remote start control unit and the bypass module. Some remote start units support 2-way data-to-data communication, some don't. It doesn't have anything to do with whether the remote start itself is 2-way or 1-way in terms of the communication between the remote starter and the remote control fob.
