Anybody know how to make the seat heaters come on with remote start? I thought this flcan would turn them on? Also anybody know how to change it to where when it remote starts it just turns on the parking lights instead of the headlights and all?

There appears to be no manual Heated seat control. I believe that the FLCAN will turn on the seats if the engine coolant is 32 degrees or less at remote start up. Take a look a the GM3 firmware install guide. It shows how to manually control the heated seats with that firmware. Not sure if the GM10 firmware can do the same thing but the wires mentioned are available. Perhaps a call to ADS Tech Support can answer that question.
Do you have Auto Headlights on the truck? Don't think the headlight switch allows you to turn that off. Do the headlights come on when the truck is remote started during daytime daylight?

No HVAC? Check to see that the Viper is outputting +12V on the thick Orange ACC1 wire during R/S run time and that it is properly connected to both the FCAN Black/White wire and the vehicles ACC1 wire at the transponder connector.
