I would appreciate a DPDT relay diagram for a DPDT relay that receives a (-) pulse to deliver a (+) and (-) to two separate circuits simultaneously, and when the (-) pulse is delivered to the DPDT relay a second time within 30 seconds will deliver only the (+) pulse.

I hope someone knows a way this can be done with a capacitor setup, thanks.
