Am locking for a wire in my vehicle for my remote starter to detect if the motor is running so it cranks long enough or short enough to start. KNOW with my alarm remote starter it dose not have a tach wire instead it has as what the Manuel call it a "oil path detection wire" that needs to see a source of voltage to tell if the engine has started or not. Currently I have it tied to my "acc" wire and it works for the most part but I would like to hook it up right as to retain that I know it's going to start every time.

On your vehicle, the oil pressure sensor provides a ground signal to the smart junction box when the oil pressure is above 6psi(engine running). The SJB needs to see this ground in order to turn the light off. If your alarm is needing to see 12 volts, then there may be a way to wire a ground controlled relay to do so.
