I have a 2000 Camaro with a viper 600 esp alarm. It currently has a proximity and shock sensor attached to it. I no longer want the alarm part, I just want to use it for keyless entry. Can I remove the sensors and siren and just use it as keyless entry ony?

Remove the sensors and disconnect the door trigger wire. When you disconnect the door trigger wire do it in a way that you can easily reconnect it. You have to have it connected if you need to program any features.
