This is a data bus system my friend. DO NOT CUT OFF THE PLUG. On most of the cars you must retain the fatory deck by using a retention harness that lets you mount the deck in the trunk. You can also get a harness that includes the module so that you dont have to use the factory deck. Some people will say that you dont need the harness and you can just hack it in, but I have come across enough vehicles that get f**ked up because of this that I can safley say its a bad Idea to do that.
