I am going to glass my rear panel with 4 6x9s and i was wondering if I was to enclose the whole project in the same sealed air space would it sound right because I didn't want to leave it open to the bass coming from the trunk cause it seems to distort it. What do I do, all sealed together or 4 seperate air spaces?????

humm, interesting question, most 6x9's are usually setup in infinate baffle setups on the rear deck. I'd guess that they'd need around .5cuft or less in a sealed enclosure.

Hello everyone,
Yes that will be very loud and ear pierceing as Alpine guy said. I put 4 7x10's in the rear deck of a 92 corollaand it pulled the drums out of my ears not to forget the one 15 in the wheel well(fiberglassed) and the 2 12's in the trunk!

First, let me say I vote against this idea. That said, you would want to separate the two pair from each other because they'll be running in stereo (I'm assuming full range). So two separate chambers.

What's a 7x10? Is that a misprint or a speaker size I'm not familiar with? Seriously.

I thought I'd seen it all but I'm pretty sure the 7x10 has eluded me.
