I recently purchaced a 96 cavalier, the engine was locked up and i replaced it I get no spark and everything checks out on the scanner. the anti theft light is on and does not go out? is there any way to bypass the passlock 1 system without installing a remote start module?  Thanks, trkbyerjr

Yes you can, however I recomend having it repaired correctly. I dont feel comfortable spelling out how to do it but you should be able to get it with this diagram. Good Luck.
