Notes:

NOTE:  This vehicle is equipped with the pass-key III immobilizer.  *1 Lock and unlock use the same wire.  Lock requires a negative trigger with a 470 ohm resistor in-line.  Unlock is negative trigger. Must use relays.  *2 The BCM is located at the front of the center console under the radio.  *3 The liftgate glass pin switch is RED / black, also located in the pink plug at the BCM.

There is not a 12v ignition in the factory stereo harness, and installing an aftermarket stereo will require an alternative 12v switch source from ignition switch or at the HVAC harness.

Thanks for the info, one more question. Does this mean that the factory keyless entry is built in to the BCM?

Thx,

Shane

Not necessarily. It means that the LOCK/UNLOCK wires are controlled through the BCM, but the keyless entry module will be a speaarte module with an antenna of sorts.
