Can someone tell me for sure which anti-theft system this car really has before I start on it.  It should be passkey not passlock2 right?2001 Pontiac Gr. Prix -- posted image.

Notes:

NOTE:  This vehicle is equipped with the pass-key III immobilizer.  Use DEI part number 555U to bypass during remote start mode.  *1 The tan is located in the drivers kick and catches only the drivers door.  The dark/blue is located in the passenger kick panel and catches all other doors, must diode isolate these wires.   *2  Located at a 10 pin plug on the front of the drivers strut tower. There are two dk.green wires there, use the one in the corner of the plug.

Prix -- posted image.Thanks Brianh.  I was just wondering where you are getting this info from.  I see all the responses to wire colours are in the same format.  Are you guys using a special data base or something.  I currently use Bulldogsecurity site but their info isn't always complete or accurate.

Go to www.velocitymotorsport.com .   This is Jeffs web site,he answers questions here all the time.  He sells a cd from this site that is jam packed with tons of valuble info.  I bought it and it is a great database to have when you install.  You wont be disapointed!   Brian
