Has anyone finally confirmed the wiring diagram for an 03 Mazda 6? Pretty much everything I have come across so far is wrong, and I'm having real trouble with this thing. I've read every post on here about it and still nothing. Having most trouble with factory disarm, and tach, haven't even started with locks yet. Any help would be great.

Thank you, do I need a relay for the Disarm? I need to reverse polarity with a relay for locks too then, right?

What are you using for a remote start, you will definitely have to use relays,451M,or some kind of resistance lock module for the door locks, for the factory disarm wire you can use the keysense wire as listed or hook up a relay with resistor to trigger the factory disarm wire,

It's an Ungo, typical DEI wiring. Haven't installed in a few years, a little rusty.

Well depending on what you have for modules, you can use regular relays, a dei 451M lock module(should come with the kit) or a 456L lock module...I usually use a 451M since I have a box full on hand, on most cars like this I will use the factory alarm wires as my lock wires if possible...otherwise you can just wire up a relay to disarm the factory alarm separate...

Okay, I'll be using regular relays, but like I said, I'm rusty. Would you mind describing how to wire it? Also, the tach wire. This is the V6 and it is CRAMMED in there. Having trouble finding where to go for the coil. Thanks a lot.

You can go to an injector and use a non-common colored wire that is what I do 75% of the time or go to the coil, I dont remember but if the car has a plastic engine cover take that off and you can get at wiring easier. Like I said, I like to use the factory alarm wires as my lock wires if it works out that way but youd have to test the factory alarm wires and see if those lock/unlock the doors then you  use them as your lock wires and still utilize the factory alarm, but the if you dont want to go through all that testing and just use the lock wires;

Lock Relay - 86(12V) 85(- lock from RS DEI usually green) 30( solder a 1.4k resistor inline then,lt.green in car) 87(Ground)

U/L Relay - 86(12V) 85(-unlock from RS DEI usually blue) 30 (lt. green doorlock wire in car) 87(Ground)

For factory alarm disarm;

Relay 86(12V) 85(- factory alarm disarm wire from RS DEI usually lt.GREEN/ black) 30(output to disarm wire in car, use the keysense wire so it doesnt unlock the door or you can use the factory alarm blue wire) 87(12V if you are using the keysense wire, if you use the factory disarm wire this will go to ground, but it will unlock the doors during remote start)

Yeah no problem man! Are you gonna test for the factory alarm wires as lock wires or not...
