So after a few we decide to throw in the ol' Guitar Hero 3 and see how good we are (not very, as it turns out) and accidentally stick it in a PS3 instead of the 2. Now when I try to put it in the PS2 it says "please insert a playstation or ps2 format disc" and no go from there. Anyone here know how to fix it or am I screwed? ___________________________________ boosh!!

being that those 2 consoles only read data from the disc, not write to it the console didn't "reformat" your disc. sounds like the disc is just damaged

Not all ps2 games are compatible with ps3. Infact some ps3 won't play ps2 games. Depends on which version you have. ___________________________________ Certified Security Specialist
