Is there anyother way to bypass the factory alarm in a 03 chevy tahoe besides going inside the door panel? ___________________________________________ its all about the confidence |

Aren't you using an XK01 for doorlocks and passkey?
It should interface with the factory alarm over the data bus. ___________________________________________ Brent Haugen

Ahhh - now I get you.
Most installers will get a bypass that will do keyless entry - the bypass usally take care of the security at the same time (over the data bus).
The GMDL is an inexpensive bypass that would do both for you.
The only other way to disarm the factory alarm is by using a the green (-) wire at the door lock module inside the drivers door. ___________________________________________ Brent Haugen
