Look at the top right of this page. Click on Profile. Scroll down to the forum preferences section, and look for the line that reads: Notify me of replies to posts
Send an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post. To the right of that, click the No box. Then click on Update Profile. |

In addition, at the bottom of each forum page and each forum thread there is a link to Un-Watch (unsubscribe) if you are already watching that forum or thread.
