The harness is an amplifier integration piece.  You said you could not find the right harness, I figured that you were able to find the standard non amplified harness and it did not match up to your system.  The 8112 has RCA jacks to connect to the preamp outputs of an aftermarket radio.  The factory amplifier will take the low level RCA signal and convert it to a suitable level to drive speakers.  The speakers are still going to be connected to the factory amplifier.  You do not need to convert the RCA connectors back to speaker wires.

Buy a regular GM plug adapter harness. Wire this as normal. Only hook up the pink wire on a 6 pin harness? This will be your amp turn on wire.

If the 8112 requires spealer level input, simply purchase a 3 ft. RCA cable and cut it in half.  Strip the insulation off of the ends you cut.  Very carefully separate the shield from the center conductor, strip the center conductor, and connect the speaker wires to te RCA cables.  You must insulate the shield of the RCA cables so they do not touch anything.  Make sure to tape the junction where you plug the cut cable into the harness.  There is 6 volts of DC voltage on every speaker wire on your radio.  The metal part of the RCA cable must not touch metal, not even briefly.
