Here is a link to the Bulldog Security site where that info came from:  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

Look up the vehicle and click on the diagram link on the right.  The diagram is somewhat specific to their brand of remote starters but can be easily adapted.

Thank-You, the diagrams were very helpfull, seems I need to buy two resistors to complete the door lock portion of the install.

I do not know if this is the correct forum thread for this question, but since it refers to the Jeep Wiring spec posted here and my previous post about the resistors, I hope it is alright to ask this question. I went to RadioShack to buy the aforemention 100 ohm and 330 ohm resistors only to find out that they come in 1/8 watt, 1/4 watt, and 1/2 watt versions. The clerk said 1/4 watt should be right for vehicle 12 volt wiring, so that is what I bought. Was this correct, or does it make any difference? The prices were all the same.

Yes, 1/4 watt will be fine.  Does your remote start unit have built in door lock relays?  If it does have built in relays, then you should be OK.  If it does not have built in door lock relays ( some units have (-) 200mA lock / unlock outputs ), you might need to  wire in relays as shown in the top diagram.  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/diagrams/extrainfo/diagrams/30009_WRANGLER_Jeep%201%20wire%20jbs%20units.GIF

It is the Viper 3303 and it has a Door Lock Harness with lock and unlock outputs that I am puting the resistors inline and it has the violet&violet/balck (two wires) with fuse to ground. These should be the only 4 wires I need to use the door lock feature I believe?

Yes, exactly.  Your Viper 3303 alarm has built in lock relays.
