Hello folks,

I was wondering if someone could help me pick out a glue. I'm using a suction cup on the back of a car seat which is fabric. So, I cut a piece of abs plastic for the suction cup to attach to, but now I need to attach the abs plastic to the back of the seat.

I was hoping someone could recommend a glue that would attach to both plastic and fabric in a short amount of time and could handle about 5lbs being pulled up and down, since it will be tilting down to be hidden and up to be viewed.

Ideally, it would be great if there were a solvent to dissolve the glue should I need to remove it, but that's not the most important part. I've been looking at 3m scotch weld but not sure if it would work or just be overkill? suggestions?
