The 2008 thru 2011 should be the same.  Bulldog Security lists the 2011 CR-V at :  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

The factory remotes will not work during remote start, so use a remote start unit that includes these functions ( or be ready to use a KEY to unlock the vehicle ).    You will also need a transponder bypass module.

2009 - 2011 are the same.
