You don't need fleece you can even use an old shirt. Something that's stretchy will work. but like tonanzith said, just Google it and you will find places...even Walmart sells fabric so you can go there or just buy a fleece blanket from somewhere...again you can use anything for glassing over, its basically there just for the base coat and hold the form so you can lay fiberglass over it for the strength.
